e-Visa vs Visa on Arrival: What's the Difference?

The two get confused constantly. Here’s what each means for your paperwork, your timeline and your airport queue.
Both let you travel without a trip to an embassy, but they work differently and the difference matters when something goes wrong at check-in.
e-Visa: apply before you fly
You submit an online form and payment a few days to a few weeks before travel, then carry a printed or digital approval. The airline checks it before boarding, so an unprocessed e-Visa means you do not get on the plane.
Apply as soon as your dates are fixed - processing times stretch during busy seasons.
Visa on arrival: sorted at the airport
No advance application. You queue at a counter after landing, show your documents, pay a fee, and get a stamp or sticker. The risk is not rejection but time - the queue can be long, and you usually need the exact fee in cash plus a passport photo and proof of onward travel.
What we do for you
For every package, we list the visa category for your passport, the documents required, the fee, and a realistic processing time, and we provide the confirmed itinerary and hotel bookings your application needs.
